First night you will stay in guest house in Mestia, as all other nights in villages Zhabeshi, Adishi, Iprali Ushguli guest houses. on 5th day we will drive you back from Ushguli by car. We will arrange the payed river crossing in Adishi and include in price.

You wont need to carry much load with you, the car will be coming to all remote villages every evening.

Day 1 Arrival to Georgia - Travel to Mestia

Start of the tour from Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Kutaisi or Batumi. The first destination is Mestia, road will pass by Enguri Hydro Power Plant reservoir and enter valley of river Enguri. First village to visit is Becho. Becho is famous of its most magnificent view of Mount Ushba. Ushba has greatest views of its spear-shaped double summit. The road passes trough medieval villages, towers built in 9th-12th century will take you back to medieval times. Towers and their architecture are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. By the evening you will arrive to main town of Svaneti Mestia. Staying in Mestia.

Day 2 Mestia - Zhabeshi

The trek starts on Mestia an your hotel. Leaving Mestia towards the east, passing hotel Tetnuldi and crossing the moutain on the south side. After crossing the mountain we will descend towards Murksheli and Zhamushi villages. Next village is Chvibani, from Chvibani we will walk on the northern side of the river, cross the river by the bridge, entering the Zhabeshi village. Staying in Zhabeshi

Day 3 Zhabeshi - Adishi

The path goes through village and turns south, then south-east and goes over pastures and a forest. After 3 hours of climbing, we will walk through dirt track through dense forest the road and Tetnuldi skiing resort. Soon we wiil reach skiing area, go up to 2500 m. and descend to forest, soon we will cross the stream. Approximately in 1,5 hours we will reach Adishi. Staying in Adishi

Day 4 Adishi - Iprari

The day will start with acceding the river bank to east soon will be the crossing the Adishi river by horses. Then we will cross the fields and reach Chkhunderi pass (2655m). From Chkhunderi pass we will have an amazing views of area, Adishi glacier and surrounding mountains. From pass we will descend to the valley and reach Iprari. Staying in Iprari.

Day 5 Iprari - Ushguli

From Iprari we will be driving by car to Ushguli. Ushguli is highest altitude all year long inhabited village in Europe 2060-2300 meters. Ushguli lies at the bottom of Mount Shkhara. Ushguli consists of 4 villages we will visit all of them. Chvibani, Zhibani, Chazhashi and Murqmeli are located near to each other but they are different in some way. The village is UNESCO world heritage site. Here you will see the fascinating views of Mount Shkhara, oldest towers of Svaneti, fortress of Queen Tamar. Staying in Ushguli.

On this day we have alternative and can hike from Iprari to Ushguli. After leaving Iprari we will cross Khaldechala river and turn left in to small road which will lead you to the Davberi village. From Davberi the trail goes up to 2000 m. and merges the main road to Ushguli. Staying in Ushguli.

Day 6 Ushguli - Tbilisi

We will start driving from Ushguli in the morning and reach Tbilisi, Batumi or Kutaisi in evening.
